The room itself is quite spacious, giving a comfortable and relaxed feeling right away. The bed is soft and comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a long day. There's also a cozy sofa that's perfect for lounging. One of the highlights is the large glass window overlooking the street, which adds a nice sense of openness and lets in plenty of natural light. In general, the room is fairly clean and well-maintained.
However, there are a few downsides. The toilet had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The bidet spray (bum gun) was also not clean, which is something the hotel should definitely improve. In addition, the service could be better. When I asked a staff member for help buying a shaving blade, she wasn't supportive, which felt a bit disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has good potential with its comfortable room and nice space, but it needs to improve cleanliness details and customer service to provide a better experience.

it was a great location and close to all restaurants and bars, easy walk to both beaches
staff were rude and never cleaned up. By the pool towels and water bottles were left there for 5 days. Didn’t clean our room unless asked. rooms were attributed 4 bottles of water a day but if didn’t get room cleaned, didn’t get them. When checking out wanted $$ for mini bar despite not providing water. Staff sat around and not very helpful, had to ask for towels.
Our door came off its hinges.
