In general, for 3star hotel, it is a really good acommodation. The hotel has everything you might need, from toom delivery, gym, laundry, to the restaurant with really good choice for breakfast. The room is cleaned every day and the ladies fo a good job. However, rooms need a serous upgrade, because furniture and wall papers are old and show traces of usage. AC was good and easy to adjust. Bed is very comformtable and in the bathroom, all cosmetic products are of a high quality.
The carpet needs a serious deep cleaning. Instead of cream and light brown, as original colour, it is dark grey and dark brown. I assume it was not washed since the day it was placed in the room. Location is good in terms of subway (line 2) and access to convebience stores, cafes and restaurants. However, if you are tourist wgo would like to see all Seoul top spots, everything is in the distance of 1-1.5 hrs from the hotel, by subway.

Overall it’s a comfortable hotel with good facilities. There is a gym and a laundry room which are nice to have for long stays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the shower has really good pressure. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area, and it’s not too far from the metro station either. Relatively quiet, although you might hear some noise from other rooms, especially on weekends.
There is one main thing which makes this hotel too uncomfortable for me. It’s the heat regulation. The room was too hot, ranging between 27-29C, and this is in winter! The AC was very inconsistent. Mostly it didn’t do anything to bring the temperature down, but sometimes it decided to work, which would make you cold. I had of course removed the duvet and was sleeping with no clothes on. I didn’t sleep well here, and not to mention the energy waste of heating the room so much that you have to use AC to cool it down.
