The Accommodation was very clean. Check-In and Check-Out are easy, the Staff responds quickly to enquiries.
100m down the street is a convenience store, in general there are multiple restaurants and stores nearby the stay.
There is a wash room, a shared kitchen and the room provides showering gear and fresh towels.
The Location is a bit further from the heart of seoul. However Taxis and Bus/Metro make traveling easy. Overall a very comfortable home.
The Toilet was quite noisy, you will ignore it subconsciously after 1-2 days. The shared kitchen sadly did not offer cooking utensils, it does have a microwave however as far as I could see there are no eating utensils either.

I stayed at the rooftop room, it was equipped with everything one needs, had an incredibly comfortable bed, and was spacious and cozy! Great for long stays since the property offers laundry facilities and a small common area.
Check in got a bit tricky, especially since, as a minor, you can’t stay alone… Could be mentioned during booking so foreigners booking last minute are reminded about such details.

Clean, spacious and practical room, especially if you need to study or work. The desk was very useful, and the bathroom was also quite spacious. The laundry facilities were excellent, with very modern washing machines and dryers. The area is not central, but it has everything needed nearby: convenience stores, Hyundai Outlet, Mario Outlet, and access to Line 1 and Line 2. Overall, the value for money is very good compared with more central options.
The main downside is the very late check-in time at 5 p.m., especially because there did not seem to be an option to drop off luggage earlier. There is also no elevator as far as I could see, which may be difficult with heavy luggage. Since the place uses self-check-in and self-checkout, it can also be stressful if you run into an issue. The staff will come to help but it might take some time.

On the positive side, the apartment was relatively clean.
The photos on the listing look overly professional and polished, which creates misleading expectations—the actual place does not look the same in reality.
Even though the hosts have clearly put a lot of effort and care into the place, the infrastructure is so old that it fails to offer a comfortable stay regardless of their efforts.
The location is quite far from central Seoul, making daily commutes back and forth lengthy and time-consuming.
Despite using the toilet properly, it overflowed on our very first use. Fortunately, the staff was on-site and resolved the issue quickly, but it was still an unpleasant experience for us.
