Erster Eindruck im Flur, ist recht sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Küche am Gang in der man sich was aufwärmen könnte.Es wurden Shampo, und Duschgel bereitgestellt.
Das Zimmer war kleiner als die auf den Bildern (auf dem Fluchtplan konnte man sehen das etwar die Hälfte der Zimmer diese Größe hatten). Das Bett und Matratze wurden angepasst um in das Zimmer zu passen. Dafür wurde am Fußende ein 20x20cm Eck aus Matratze und Bett geschniten. Um ausgestreckt darin zu liegen musst man sich schräg ins Bett legen. Bei meiner Ankunft war nur ein Matratzenschoner und die Bettdecke ohne Überzug vorhanden, auf Nachfrage ob das so sein sollte wurde nur behaupted das sollte so sein. Flecken auf der Wand, wahrscheinlich durch Kondenswasser der Klimanaanlage (nicht weiter schlimm, aber wirkt ungepflegt).

駅近でソウル大学に用事がある場合には非常に便利。
オートロックの開錠の仕方がわかりにくく、理解するのにしばらくかかった。

Excelente la ubicacionn .. cerca del subte , colectivos , los comercios . Es sobre avenida
Esta ubicado en el piso 3 y 4 lo cual no cuenta con el ascensor . Los que viajan con la valija hay que tener en cuenta .

チェックインもアウトも自分のペースでできるのでよかった。、また、駅の階段を上ったら、1分で着くくらいの便利なところでした。
外や廊下の音が響くこと。夜は特に電子キーが響いて気になる。また、カーテンが完全な遮光ではないため、朝光が入ってくる。
洗濯機のフィルターを掃除しようとしたら、溜まっていた水がかなり出てきた。デスクにライトがない。
建物の入り口が裏路地で、タバコを吸っている人と会う確率が高い。吸い殻が道にたくさん捨ててあって、雰囲気が悪い。部屋に入ればきれいで快適。
基本的に管理人が常駐していないので、使う人のモラルによるところが大きい。
