Staff were very nice and accomadating. The hotel room was pretty good for the price.
The room is not really soundproof so you can hear a lot of sounds from the street.

Location of the hotel is great. You have everything nearby. Convenience stores, places to eat just walking distance.
Room kinda spacious for family of 4. Have amenities and even a small fridge. There's Coway on every floor (neat).
1. A few plug points not function properly (Socket kinda loose). Not such a big deal but property owner might want to regularly check.
2. Parking lot is first come first serve basis. However, there's parking spaces just beside the hotel with rate of RM10-15/entry. P/S; Motorcycle convoys, kindly not hoard the parking lot with one motorcycle in one lot (that is just selfish).
