The location.
Walking distance to the George Town attractions.
GRAB Car is everywhere if walking is not possible.
No issues for the food availability. Its everywhere close to the hotel.
The hotel never provided a proper parking.
Strictly do not recommend this hotel if you are travelling by your own car.
They could have pre-reserved a few parking lots for the customers (of course at a reasonable cost).

Centrally located within walking distance of many famous eateries and sights around Georgetown. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything was provided for a great stay. Breakfast was a local fare and tasty. For the price paid, this property provides good value for money. We will come back.
Parking is limited, however the staff helped us find a spot.

The room itself was decent, if a little dated. The room was also clean and the linen used was of a decent standard.
Location is excellent with most things in Georgetown a walk away like Armenian Street, Chew Jetty etc
Paying extra for a room with a window was a waste of money and the breakfast was awful, worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
The room is tiny so it’s difficult to do anything but lay in bed when you factor in luggage too.
