A good stay experience in Penang. Everything was very clean and the basic amenities were good. Nothing to complain about.

Located close to centre. The room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy with a PIN number door code. There was a drinking Water dispenser and a shared fridge
There was very very loud awful music that lasted until after midnight. The toilet was ok but the shower was inside the toilet cubicle . The cubicle was very small so it made it almost impossible to shower

Bed was comfy and facilities always clean . Staff kamran takes well care of the place I loved the room it was crisp and tidy. Kamran was really accommodating and let me stay a little longer as my bus was delayed . I like how place has iron and hair dryer and water and big fridge .
There was a leak in the bathroom but someone came and fixed it next day so that was algoods and the stairs haha

The room was clean and self check in worked well.
In the night there was loud music. In the bathroom where insects and toilet paper missing.
