Very good choice for a short stay (2-3days). The room and bathroom were small, but beautifully designed with great aesthetics, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The location is excellent — within walking distance of all the main attractions such as the Clan Jetties, Armenian Street, and the food markets.
Definitely worth it for a short stay!

Noise of rubbish being emptied at 1.30am outside the room. Not hotels fault but very annoying.

Lovely room and excellent location -- walking distance to everything in historic George Town. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again!
The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. It would have been nice for having cold drinks and storing food.

The hotel is in a good location and offers drinking water at the reception.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The woman working the reception desk in the evenings was shockingly rude — she didn’t even look up or respond when greeted with a friendly “good evening.” That level of disregard for guests is simply unacceptable.
Our room had a terrible smell that lingered throughout our entire three-night stay. When we brought this up to the staff, they told us it was due to the "house perfume" and advised us to use the fan. Unfortunately, this did nothing to help, and the nauseating smell remained.
There was hair in the sink and the floor was full of dust.
