Es war wirklich toll, ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr kleine aber feine Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Große Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit Wasserspender, Kühlschrank, Sitzgelegenheiten, (kostenloser) Waschmaschine usw. Es gab Regenschirme und Fahrräder zum kostenlosen Verleih. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Und es war immer schnell Personal verfügbar, wenn man etwas brauchte, persönlich oder via Whatsapp. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar.
Unser Zimmer war direkt neben der Eingangstür und dadurch war es etwas unruhig, was insbesondere während der Nacht auffiel - also Oropax nicht vergessen ;-)

The staff is great. Super sweet and accommodating. Very easy to consider them friends but they are also always professional. The building is very eccentric and they keep upgrading the facilities. They are considerate about the needs of their guests during their stay and ensure they have all these aspects covered.
The food is great. Nice variety and authentic.
It is clear that they care about you as a guest, just based on what is included.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel - always kind and welcoming, tried their best to make our stay pleasant. The location, although quite central, gets very quiet at night, which we appreciated as it allowed us to wind down without issue. We were allocated a room right behind the check-in desk, which felt a bit odd and we expected it to be quite noisy, but it was actually very quiet at night so we could get a good night's sleep easily. The room did not have a window, but we didn't mind since we only came back to the room at night. Air-conditioning worked well and we appreciated a designated space to hang our clothes despite the room being very modestly-furnished. We only had breakfast at the hotel once (there are just too many highly-recommended dining spots nearby, we tried to cram them all into our short visit), but the fried rice we had was very tasty and fresh, would recommend.
The cleanliness was very poor. We expected newly renovated (and clean) rooms, since the recent reviews (all very positive) mention this being a new hotel, but it appears to just be a new establishment in used spaces - the walls were dirty, bedding had a couple spots, and the towels all had multiple yellow stains. Hopefully they were just from improper use of bleach but they definitely did not instil a sense of comfort... The bathroom was the worst, nasty stains on the toilet, shower fixture, around tile edges and on the sink. There were also a lot of fruit flies and mosquitoes in the room, despite there not being any windows. The rooms lock with a code, but the code was essentially just the room number, so it didn't feel very secure and the in-room safety lockers are really light and not mounted to anything, so they could, in theory, simply be carried away with all your valuables inside. In the end it was bearable for the really low cost, but I would really only recommend this hotel if you value the price above all else.
