The place is a peacefuel island in the very busy Arugam Bay village. Allthough located on main street, its not noisy at all. Kitchen was very helpfuel regading my wifes allergies. I dont know why, but fish is nothing they can do very well. But this soething what they have in common with most other places in Sri Lanka. Its a pitty because they really have good fish available. The garden where the bungalows are are a dream, especially in night time. The owner himself made a little paradise out of it. Its simply outstanding.
Arugam Bay is a very touristic hot spot. Very crowded and busy. It was not our cup of tea...

A beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The gardens here are truly BEAUTIFUL and so expansive. The rooms are very comfortable and the outdoor bathroom was a lovely experience. The breakfast is also very high quality and staff are very friendly. The hotel is owned by a local family who have transformed their family home into a beautiful hotel that I could not recommend more highly.
