Perfect place to stay in old town of Split

Beautiful comfortable room in a perfect location. Refrigerator and kettle in room was a bonus plus supermarket directly across from guesthouse.very easy walking distance in old town of Split.Ana was such a lovely and welcoming host.So helpful and asked if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Split and hope to return soon.

Ana's perfect organization made my twelve-day stay perfect.

What I liked the most was Ana, who was available all the time and always helped me to solve current problems that arose during my 12 day stay. If necessary, she came in person as soon as possible. The room was extremely clean. The mattress was very comfortable and not too soft.

Poorly soundproofed rooms. The rest was perfect!

Central location

Central location, right at the edge of historic old town and its narrow alleys and only some 10min walk from the bus station where bus 37 arrives from the airport. Tommy supermarket is on the other side of the street, nice restaurants just a minute away, small coffee shop in the same building. The room is not too big, but has some amenities, small kitchen and sofa, balcony with table and chairs, towels, cleaning equipment in the corridor... Bed is ok, but on the hard side if you prefer a soft one. AC works as a heater as it was a bit chilly inside and the blankets are not thick but rather bedspreads than duvets. Ana is great and it was easy to communicate with her via WA. I would stay here again!

Kitchen could use a real coffee maker, a frying pan suitable for the hot plate as well as a spatula, but these are not major faults as there are coffee places and restaurants everywhere.

Vey friendly and helpful host. Room had air-conditioning and was clean and comfy. I enjoyed that I have chosen this accommodation as it was 3 minutes walk from the city center.

Nice apartment with a few annoyances

The Red studio was very spacious and had a safe, which was nice. The bathroom had a large shower. It was clean and prepared when we arrived. The AC made sleeping a breeze. Nice and cold.

The kitchen did not have a spatula. The frying pan was therefore hard to use when we wanted to make breakfast. The cicadas outside made a lot of noise during the day, but you sort of get used to it. Although, if you are sensitive to noise, try to choose a place where there are few trees nearby. The neighbours upstairs made a lot of noise the last night we were there. It is a different person who rents out these apartments.

Wonderful

Ana is such an amazing host! When we needed help or advise, she immediately replied and helped us out in such a kind way. She was always there for us, which we really appreciated. She really cares for her guests. The apartment is located in a very good area, so close to everything! Supermarket and a very good coffee just around the corner. Rain shower was sooo good and overall, the apartment was very clean. We had such a wonderful stay!

We noticed that the walls are thin, because we could clearly hear our neighbous speaking, using the toilet and so on. We often whispered to each other, because we didn't want the others to hear us, especially when they spoke the same language ;) But the building is historical (and beautiful), so thin walls are often very typical.

Everything was perfect, the room is spacious - with everything you need. The apartment is really close to the city center. Thee best place to stay in Split.

In our last night some students were having a party in the opposite room. The noise cancelation is not that great.

Superb

We stayed there 3 nights and there is everything you need to cook a little and enjoy Split in a very quite location even though you are just in the city center :) there also a super market at the corner of the street which is very handy. The host Ana is very nice with very good communication :)

Great place to stay

Property was in a great location and very clean! The apartment was spacious, shower was big and powerful, had a handy fridge for drinks and tv and aircon included. The host Ana was so friendly and helpful and gave great advice on things to do in Split! We would definitely return to Split and stay here again!

Good comfortable stay ....feel of the old town

Was right in the centre.....supermarket , old town ,main bus station .Good Location ...

Basics like tea bags and coffee were a miss :(

Fantastic base for exploring Split and the surrounding areas

The property is perfectly located close to the Old Town and the beach. There’s a supermarket right across the street. Ana was great, going out of her way to help us find free parking.
