Spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. One bedroom en-suite which was nice. Downstairs loo for convenience.
The pool is large and well kept. Close to bars, restaurants and literally 3 min walk to the beach.
Really small thing but the sun beds were a little dated and tended to collapse when you lent backwards!

Perfect villa for a family of 5, spacious, clean and well looked after. Convenient for local shops, beach and restaurants in a quiet location and only a 6 minute drive to the much busier Protaras and 17 minutes to Ayia Napa.
There was nothing we didn't like it just would have been nice to have arrived to a small welcome pack with some essentials such as bread and milk as we arrived late in the evening. Some other villas we have stayed at have also had some cooking supplies such as oil and salt.
We had a slight issue with the showers in the first week we were there as even on the coldest setting the water was scalding hot. We contacted the host about this but she explained that the water is heated through solar panels and due to the 40+ degree heat there was nothing that could be done. The water temperature got better once it dropped to 36 degrees and in the meantime we used the outdoor shower by the pool area which was cooler.

Everything you need was there, Stephanie was also very helpful and responsive, couldn’t ask for anymore ,
Two minutes walk to the beach and plenty of eating places around.
