The location was right in the middle of city making it easy for traveling around Busan.
The shower door. Water always leaked through the bottom of the door causing the floor towel to get wet.

Location, service.
Facilities and cleanness. There were black hair on tub curtains prior to our usage. In addition the AC on our floor was not on.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful—the lobby has a very cool, high-end executive vibe with stunning sculptures. My room was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I loved how quiet and peaceful the overall atmosphere was. The front desk staff were wonderful and spoke fluent English, which made everything so easy. Also, the location is unbeatable; it's very close to everything and ideal for getting around, which is a huge plus since Busan is a massive city. Totally worth it!"

The location was good, lots of food places around, lotte mall right in front of the hotel
The staff at the reception wasn’t friendly. The hotel is kind of old. Our ac broke down in the middle of the night and it was freezing.
Breakfast variety wasn’t great
