Un appartement en duplex très spacieux avec notamment trois salles de bain, ce qui est vraiment appréciable en famille. La piscine est très agréable.
Le personnel est gentil et disponible. Mention spéciale à Ramazan Amca, un monsieur adorable, très serviable et toujours prêt à nous aider à l’image des gens de Muğla
Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes d’électricité pendant le séjour, mais la grande réactivité de Deniz a permis de les résoudre rapidement.
Les chambres mériteraient surtout des rideaux beaucoup plus occultants. Quand on voyage avec un petit garçon qui attend le moindre rayon de lumière pour entamer sa journée d’exploits, ça devient vite compliqué … Notre fils se réveillait malheureusement très tôt à cause de la luminosité.
Enfin, de véritables places de stationnement pour les clients seraient un vrai plus. Actuellement, il faut se garer au bord d’une route très passante où les véhicules circulent assez vite. Ce n’est pas très rassurant, aussi bien pour les voitures que pour les personnes…

Этот апарт-отель расположен недалеко от Фетхие. Мы искали именно такое место - вдали от города, чтобы был чистый воздух и тихо. Мы были на машине, поэтому проблем добраться сюда не испытывали. Территория отеля продумана и ухожена. Помимо самого дома с апартаментами, есть 2 бунгало. Очень удобно, что на территории собственная парковка. Местом притяжения, конечно же, является бассейн с чистой водой, вокруг которого расставлены шезлонги. Мы были с детьми, и им понравилось, что рядом с нами жили котята. В самом доме, по сути, четыре этажа: цокольный, первый, второй и чердак. По фото не совсем понятно, какие именно апартаменты достанутся вам, поэтому при бронировании обращайте на это особенное внимание и списывайтесь заранее с управляющим, чтобы потом не было недопонимания. Это бизнес, управляемый крупной компанией. Наш управляющий Дениз оказался очень коммуникабельным человеком с хорошим чувством юмора, ему отдельная благодарность за наше пребывание!
При заселении мы обнаружили, что апартаменты не совсем были готовы к нашему проживанию. Не была заменена проломленная дверь в туалет, а на кухне не отремонтирован доводчик дверцы. Больше всего удивило, что горячая вода была перекрыта, но Дениз оперативно устранил этот недочёт :-)

An erster Stelle das Personal vor Allem Ramazan bey mit seiner lockeren und freundlichen Art. Das Gebäude im Ganzen, die Lage, die ich bewusst ausgewählt habe, das Schwimmbad, insgesamt drei Schlafräume jeder Raum klimatisiert und eigene Toilette und Dusche.
Das Hochbett hätte besser sein können, in einem Duschraum hat die Tür nicht richtig funktioniert und in einem anderen Duschraum die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend. Ein Backofen und einen Flaschenöffner heben wir vermisst. Das Besteck war leider auch nicht ausreichend

The quietness of the location.
The friendliness of the local people.
The pool hadn't been drainned and was filled with dirty green water that attracted insects.
We were not welcomed to the property by anyone on our arrival, we had to go and knock on the local people doors to ask if they knew who owned or managed the property. Bear in mind the language difference , to be left until someone did eventually arrived to let us in.
The internet connection was very poor.We had to keep going and turning connections back on.
The electric supply to our appartment went totally out from 11.50pm one night and wasn't fixed until 12.30 the next day although all other appartments were still connected.The mananagement to the property did not seem that this was an issue.
Cold washing water, had to use a large bowel and flannel to have a wash down,using boiled water from the kettle.
