Host / owner was very responsive and provided superb honest guidance for restaurants, activities, locations, etc. he hooked us up with a private boat tour of the entire island for a great price! Plus he shuttled us to and from port several times.
It is a bit remote so if you want to be in the busy city, then get a hotel room with 100 other guests.

An unforgettable stay in Capri.
The property is located in one of the most authentic and scenic parts of Anacapri, with breathtaking sea views, stunning sunsets, and a level of peace and quiet that’s hard to find elsewhere on the island.
Rooms are clean and well-maintained, the pool overlooks the sea, breakfast is generous and varied, and a private shuttle is available upon request.
But the real highlight is Giuliano, the host: helpful, tireless, and always one step ahead.
He provides detailed local tips, organizes transfers and boat trips, makes restaurant reservations, and takes care of every detail to ensure guests have a flawless experience.
He knows every hidden corner of the island and treats his guests like friends, not just customers.
The property isn’t in the town center — and that’s part of its charm. It’s strategically located between the lighthouse beach and the center of Anacapri, with frequent buses and shuttle options.
All you need is a bit of flexibility, and you’ll experience the true, unforgettable side of Capri.

The view was incredible. Close to an excellent restaurant (Emilia's) and bus to center of Anacapri. Enjoyed a rigorous hike down to the lighthouse beach. Loved the swimming in the Mediterranean. Rigorous hike back up. Had a nice pool.
No included breakfast or coffee. Towels were stiff and rough. Room was small but o glanced into other rooms that looked nicer. No hair conditioner.
