It is located in Anacapri, which is better place then capri itself, most beautiful part of the island. If you want to get to grotto, you just take a bus to the grotto and get there through the cliffs stairway. The lighthouse is even closer, and the best swimming beach is there.
Especially, the hotel staff is friendly and reliable. If you will ever need something, they will never disappoint you and will find the solution you need.
Trust their suggestions as well, they will give you the best options on the island
