Kay was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The parking space was generous and the check-in very easy. The WiFi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. I was especially pleased to find that decaf tea and coffee was provided as well as ‘normal’ tea and coffee. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The location was handy for the bus stop or an easy walk into the city centre.
One of the breakfast chairs felt wobbly, otherwise we were very happy

Kay and Alan are very kind friendly people who go out of there way to be helpful, suggesting places to visit, and helpful with directions.
This is a different kind of place to stay you soon get use to it, it’s more continental in its way, there are cereals provided which include Muesli, Weetabix, Malties, Oats also Bread in the cupboard. A small fridge with milk and juice, butter, Jam and Marmalade.
Provided are a Kettle, Coffee’ machine with pods, a Toaster and a Microwave.
Plates mugs knifes forks spoons etc also provide, all used items are collected the next morning and replaced
Dishwasher fresh.
If it’s not broken then don’t fix it.
