Çok güzeldi

Denize sıfır bir daire , adeta yalı. Kendi özel otopark alanı var , yanında market ve restoranlar mevcut. Çok tatlı kızlar ve annesi tarafından karşılandık, ütü / süpürge gibi özel taleplerimiz karşılandı . Yatak çok rahattı , çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu . 1 haftalık seyahatimin 3 gecesini burada geçirdim, en keyifli ve konforlu anları bu evde yaşadım diyebilirim :) mutfakta ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak tüm malzemeler mevcuttu.geleceklere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Harika manzara eşliğinde merkeze yakın bir dinginlik .

Konumu muhteşem. Manzarası harika sabah uyandığınızda harika bir manzaraya uyanıyorsunuz. Biz konakladığımızda hava oldukça soğuk olmasına rağmen balkonda harika manzaranın tasını çıkarabildik. Evim olanakları oldukça yeterli. Dobrota bölgesinde kotora çok yakın hemen yanında çok hoş bir Restaurant var. Marketlere ve merkeze yakın. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

Perfect stay

Perfect location, apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped, the balcony and the view are perfect. Dijana and Jovana are perfect hosts, helpful and available if you need them, other than that very discrete.

There is no single thing we didn’t like

The view is amazing, you watch the sea and the sunrise without getting up from your bed. It was like I was at home.

The facility is very beautiful, everywhere is immaculate, there is nothing missing, everything is thought out, in a great location.

The host was super friendly and kind. She prepared us some dinner since we reached the property late at night and no restaurants are open. The house is super clean, I would definitely prefer anyone to stay over there. The house got all the things required with the best sea views.

view of the apartment was amazing. so closed to everywhere. there is a perfect konobo just 10 steps away from the main enterance of the apartment. landlord is a very polite and nice women.

Beautiful view from the balcony, it was a pity to leave. To Kotor walk about 30 minutes. On the way, you can stop at a restaurant and have a good lunch. The owners - Mum and Daughter were very nice and helpful. We were able to arrive before the scheduled time. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place !!! THANK YOU :))))))

Fanatic location, great view, highly recommendable

Great apartment, fabulous view, really nice location right on the water front. The old town and the city centre was a lovely little walk away, which was great because you are a bit sheltered from the most intense tourist crowds. The host's daugther greeted us on arrival and she was very sweet and helpful. If I ever return to Kotor, I will definetly book the same apartment.

Do not look for other places to stay in Kotor

everything was perfect. Even though we arrived late, we were welcomed at the door. The deficiencies we identified were met immediately. The car park was very safe and free of charge. Morning check-out flexibility was provided. Even a little longer time was provided for car parking. Thank you for everything.

there may be small treats, but you don't feel the lack of them.

We had an excellent stay and can recommend this apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect: across the street and you could go swimming everywhere, two good seafood restaurants within 50m and hosts who helped us with everything. They even moved their own car to make space for our rental car. Excellent value for money. Can recommend highly

It didn't bother us, but the bathroom arrangement might be an issue for some as it is out of the apartment. However, as you have the whole top floor at your disposal, it is definitely a private bath.

Amazing location, view, atmosphere! I would highly recommend this apartment.

The view from the master bedroom and lounge was directly over the Bay. Lovely patio with 4 chairs and coffee table. Stunning with a cool breeze. The location along the bay strip and below the main road was perfect. You could spend you whole holiday there and go nowhere else. It was a nice walk to Old Town along the bay- you dont have to go up to the main road. Amazing- It has its own garage! There were 2 good places to eat - one on either side. The owners live downstairs and were available if we needed them. They were there to meet us even though we were late. A washing machine and clothes line out the back.

The place is amazing - so these things are really just suggestions to make it better- we WOULD stay here again! The lounge is covered but could be replaced. Some clutter could be removed. The shower is hand held and could have a wall mount. The spare fridge in the kitchen could be removed to give more space and the back bedroom can be a bit hot as the AC is only in the lounge.

Great family owned place. The son picked us up in the airport and were our tour guide whenever we needed him. Great rooms and great view. Very friendly family who took good care of us.

Very nice place close to the water. It is not even 1st line, it's practically zero-line. Restaurants near by. Supermarket close too. Place is clean and cozy. The balcony is particularly nice.

Incredible location, just over the water, next to 2 great restaurants, small shop, and close to bus stop (easy to travel around) Apartment was really big, with lovely balcony facing the water Friendly owners, trying to be as helpful as possible

Amazing hospitality. Great view and one of the best restaurant just 50 meters from the appartment. Everything were clean. Big kitchen.

Well equipped apartment just by the bay and a small beach area. Comfy beds, amazing terrace with fantastic view. Welcoming hosts. Good base to exploring Kotor.

The apartment is clean, the location is great, the hosts are pretty nice. Under the house there are 2 great restaurants, a shop with everything you need, air conditioning, and just an awesome view from the balcony!

sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the sewer in the bathroom

Dijana as well as her two Daughters were very kind and helpfull! Very clean apartment, with balcony almost hanging over the Kotor Bay 😁. This is all you may need for having a great time! Another plus -we were allowed to park car in the garrage which was great considering extreme heat outside. Simply fantastic!

Not recommended.

If you are not going to the city center everyday the location is good. Also the balking of the house is nice. And late check in is possible.

The house was not clean. It was like a house different from the one described. The furniture are very old and not useful. The host and hosts daughter are very rude. Although the check out time and day did not come, they knocked on the door twice and asked for the fee. I guess they thought we were going to escape :) it’s very rude and unacceptable. The city center is 30 minutes walking distance and walking under the sun is very tiring. The water heater was broken and they acted like we broke it. They said that they took the key from us and repaired it, but it was not repaired. We took a shower with ice cold water until the end of the holiday. They only give one key and if you are 4 people this is very difficult.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the sea view is amazing. Also we liked that it is walking distance from Kotor old town center :)

Perfect view from balcony, hosts are welcoming, location is convinient. Free parking lot in front of the apartment. Perfect experience for the value

Hair dryer is so small, takes too long to dry hair. Bathroom is just outside the flat but not a big deal, but smells a bit moisture
