En general esta en muy buenas condiciones y es muy cómodo. Fué una experiencia increíble.
Dispone de una terraza amplia y jacuzzi. Lo tiene todo para poder estar días en tranquilidad y disfrutas de la zona.
Mirela es un encanto de mujer y además me ayudó con un problema de salud que tuve.
Dispone de poca luz natural al ser un bajo. Teníamos que tener la luz abierta.
Hubo un problema con hormigas, se solventó rápidamente y no te ocasionada si no dejas comida a fuera de la nevera.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Dobrota! The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. One thing we especially appreciated was that they sent us videos and photos showing exactly how to get to the apartment. It made finding the place so easy, and honestly, I wish every host would do this!
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated having AC units in both the bedroom and living room, which kept the apartment nice and cool even when it was 95°F (35°C) outside. The washer was also a great convenience during our stay. The blackout shutters in the bedroom were another highlight—I loved how well they blocked out the light for a great night’s sleep.
The neighborhood and building were very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located up a hill, so there are quite a few steps down to the beach, but once you get there, there is a beautiful path along the water that makes it well worth it. Kotor Old Town is about a 35–40 minute walk away.
we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

L’appartement est superbe, bien aménagé, confort, classe, franchement rien à dire. L’acceuil de l’hôte était parfait, personne très serviable, indications claires avant l’arrivée, explications claires au moment de la remise des clés, tout le temps disponible par message ou en appel au moindre soucis, merci pour tout !

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Mirela, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everything had been thoughtfully provided and the hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The apartment is well situated for reaching the beachfront and came equipped with all the conveniences we could possibly have asked for. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again in future! ❤️
