The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The highlight is the big balcony with the views of the bay of Kotor. The host was very attentive and was available to answer all of our questions and gave us helpful recommendations. Wifi and AC work great.
The apartment itself has an elevator, but the building is located on a fairly steep hill. It could be challenging for older people to climb the stairs in the to go up from the beach.
