For me,the location was perfect.Quiet and picturesque and relaxing.A 20 minute bus ride from town.
The property was modern with quality interior fittings,and a secluded sitting area through the ranch slider.
Breakfast was substantial,and all guests were served and looked after by the friendly hostess.
Would certainly book again if I ever return to Salzburg area.

Breakfast, cleaniliness, proximity to train station. Wonderful breakfast, and the location is great if you want to avoid parking in Salzburg, and enjoy quiet evenings in a small, pretty town.
Even though we spoke no Austrian, the hosts spoke some English, and of course there is google. Obviously the better you speak Austrian, the more relaxed conversation will be. That is not a dislike, just a fact of life. The hosts and accommodations were great.

The villa is in a nice location with a beautiful mountain scenery.
Unfortunately the staff don’t speak much english but that isn’t a problem, that’s okay! When getting into the room, there was what looked like small dots of blood on a one of the bed covers. The shower mat was slightly dirty. We were told about breakfast in the mornings but was not aware that the lady who runs the place would be knocking at our door and pressing our buzzer several times waking us up in the morning, especially after a long days travel the previous day.
