The location is perfect and the staff Serhat was always available to help. He waited for us when we arrived at 1am and let us pay a fee to check out late. The bed was so comfortable and the room was big and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen (there was a mini fridge and a sink, no stove or microwave!). There was hair dryer and iron!! The breakfast was simple but good enough and the coffee was great.

We absolutely loved our stay here! ❤️
The apartment has a perfect location, right in the center, with a beautiful sea view. The sunset from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking!
Sultanahmet, the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia are all just a few minutes away, and the tram is right nearby. The sea and waterfront are also only a short walk away. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets everywhere around you, so everything is incredibly convenient.
The breakfast was rich and delicious, with plenty of choices.
And a special thank you to our wonderful host, Serhat. He was always available, kind, cheerful and welcoming, with excellent English. He made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
Thank you for everything, Serhat! We will remember our stay with a big smile and would happily come back again. ❤️

The air conditioning & location were the best and only parts worth paying for. Host was also very responsive & easy to communicate with.
The toilet was literally falling off/apart
Bathroom was very dilapidated
Very small rooms & kitchen area needed work
Everything was falling apart
Access was difficult at times on 2nd floor & narrow steps
Guests in flat downstairs were noisy at night, screaming & slamming doors.
