We were a large family of 10 adults and 2 kids and we got 4 triple rooms each able to accommodate about 3 people. Celal, who was the host owner was very welcoming and helpful and arranged everything over the text and even if there was an issue he was always ready to help. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless and clean. It was about 20 minutes walk from Blue mosque Hagia Sophia in Sultanahmet with lots of smaller shops and Cami nearby. Each room or unit also had a small kitchenette with bowls plates electric cooker kettle etc provided with fridge full of water. Although we did buy our own water too once that run out on first day
The property is right above Kumkapi Ege in the middle of a very bustling street. We arrived in the day and it looked beautiful with cafes both side of the street and fountains running in the middle but by night it could easily become a nightmare. We were mostly okay as we use white noise to sleep but for some rooms the noise from down the streets could be an issue. Location is both a positive and negative cause yes you can walk to Sultanahmet which in heat and with kids still can be an issue to do in 20 minutes and another downside is trams are also not very close.. so closest one is about at least 13-15 minutes walk away. We heavily relied on taxis for everything else and they are easily available and with meters they are not too bad. Each unit is supplied with an ac in the middle room not bed room so you need to run it at least a few hours to get cooling in the bedroom.. but overall we were able to get by doing that and Celal was happy to give fans if needed.

Нам все понравилось. Мы брали 2 номера. Была хорошая мини-кухня со всем необходимым, кондиционер, удобные диванчики, а так же возможность стирки одежды в прачечной. Рядом отличные рестораны, где мы всегда завтракали и обедали. В пешей доступности пляж и электричка до центра (около 2-3 мин. ходьбы). Хозяин гостиницы очень любезный и хорошо заботится о комфорте своих гостей. Хорошее соотношение цены-качества.

Самый главный плюс -цена и положение,рядом метро ,вежливый персонал
Комната очень маленькая и душная,не смотря на то что есть кондиционер все равно очень душно ,также не было окна в комнате ,находиться было тяжело в номере.+ плохая шумоизоляция
