I was upgraded so the room size was great but hotel is not 5 star. it's old and needs refurbishing.

When they cook Phillipino food in the lobby the smell of the food goes in side the rooms and I feel vomiting there must be something to control the smell....

location is convenient because it os walking distance to our office
the reception staff i've requested for assistance is not approachable and unwilling to assist, the toiletries like body wash & shampoo is in one, the bottled drinking water which they stop providing for 3days due to their looking for the used bottled for them to refill
