The room was okay, and clean
But the room was small, and the air conditioning was struggling to cool the room, even when the outside temperature was cool, and the bathroom taps and utilities felt old and outdated

Sharmila at the reception counter was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team and room service staff were also helpful and provided good service. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas, making it easy to get around.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the attitude of two male reception staff. They were unfriendly, unwelcoming and unwilling to assist, even when it came to helping with luggage. What disappointed me even more was their lack of basic courtesy. Even when I greeted them politely, they did not bother to respond. Their facial expressions and body language also made me feel unwelcome as a guest.
Additionally, the bathroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I had to complain and specifically request that the staff clean the ceiling, as it was covered in dirt and looked unhygienic. This should have been checked and cleaned properly before the room was given to a guest.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. This was my fourth stay, but sadly, it turned out to be my worst experience so far. The poor attitude of the reception staff and the lack of proper room cleanliness were very disappointing.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and address these issues, particularly staff attitude, basic hospitality, customer service and housekeeping standards. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
