Lovely staff, clean rooms and well maintained!

Location is great, there's a bridge over the 'river' to get onto the beach - which is a little walk. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They let us check in early when we arrived early in the day. The room was exactly as pictured and CLEAN! Really refreshing to have a nice clean bathroom haha. AC worked well. The food was tasty, limited breakfast options but they were good.

The sea view room is misleading - can you see the sea from your room? Yes but very much only at a certain angle. Otherwise it is definitely a garden view, and we were in the bungalow closest to the beach. They could have more beach chairs for hotel guests as one morning we couldn't get any. Be aware that the hotel will send you a payment link to pay up front right after you book (this condition is well hidden on the page). Seemed a bit shady but was all legit in the end, just thought it would be useful to know as I was worried it was a scam.

Great location, very pleasing to the eye. All of the staff are helpful and attentive. The food is exceptionally good, everything is washed with filtered water. We were there nearly 2 weeks, ate in the restaurant several times a day and we all remained well throughout our stay.

I personally love to have a kettle in my hotel rooms as I love to make my own special tea in the morning. But maybe I’m unusual! Other than that, everything was great.

The location is right on the beach with private access.Food was good and catered to all types of cuisines.Rooms were decent & clean.Restaurant ambience is good and sea facing

Serene place

Staff is extremely friendlly especially an elderly person origin from Nepal was very helpful, courteous and always cheerful. Location is superb. It's a serene and quiet place, loved the fact that there was no music only the sound of waves.

great location but not worth 4.5 k per night stay

right on the beach property.

electricity issues because of which AC doesn’t work. though we did complaint at reception they changed stabiliser twice but still it was of no use. Also, sheets were not so clean and restaurant food is okay.

Great beach location

The location is good for the beach and local restaurants. Yoga drop-in places near by. We had a cleaned room and towels every day. Hot showers, AC and comfortable bed. Also arranged laundry with the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful 👍 👌 😊

The paid breakfast options were limited. Needed healthy alternatives.

Beautiful and amazing beach side resort.

I booked economic room because i was single and that fit in my budget nice with Ac, Tv , intercom and balcony with private shower 24 hours hot n cold water. Good wifi . Excellent food quality, Good cocktails drinks, staff is friendly always within smile . This resort have more choice for accommodations, partial sea views cottages, concrete rooms if you are on budget. Wish to stay more day but already made booking Thanks sunset waves resort team ....see you soon with my family.

The economy rooms given to us was not good; toilets smelling bad; a/c not working properly; no water heater, no coffee/tea/milk packets in the room. May be their cottages are good, but we dont know

Great location, coffee, food & stay.

Kettle not provided in the room, one of the staff not polite, every day water bottle not provided as complementry except first day, morning tea not provided before 8:30 am, kitchen service at room not prompt.

Decent Experience | Bit Overpriced | Awesome Location

Rooms are very clean. The location is good, one can spend hours sitting in the food area, decent food, best place if you want to spend time in the sea, depth of the sea very low and it's very clean, you can spend quality time in the sea even if you don't know how to swim.

No food service in the room. I took the sea view room but the hotel allocated the garden view, It looks like this resort doesn't have any sea view cottage. The room has very minimal amenities, We struggle to place our luggage.
