Excellent value for money, everything was clean, staff were helpful. Surrounding areas were so pretty. The room was so cheap we were worried that the photos may be fake but actually everything was great! The pool area was so nice to relax in we would’ve stayed longer if we could.
Nothing, there were some bugs in the room after some time but that is to be expected if you want to stay near nature.

This property is situated in the middle of a farm in a part of Goa that still has its old school charm present. If you're wanting to be close to the beach and have a vehicle at your disposal, this place is great value for the money you spend. The rooms are clean, everything works, they provide you water and a refillable bottle during the stay. They have an open space to workout on the terrace with weights, blocks and yoga mats which is excellent. The pool is well maintained. Please do not expect hotel-like services, the staff was happy to clean my room on request.
outside the property, you'll always find some locals fishing, while I didn't mind that there are also some people who get together to share a drink outside this property in the evening. While they were harmless, it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable so just putting it out there.

very good mattresses and kisses. Very quiet location and very friendly staff
Unfortunately the same problem as in many hotels - there are no hooks for clothes and other things. Both in the room itself and in the bathroom. The door lock was broken and it always took us ages to get it closed. Furniture is very uncomfortable and old, when air conditioning is on it drips and the whole balcony gets wet
