Really nice staff who tried their best to make me comfortable..very hardworking staff and always pleasant
Dealing with the corporate office ( not on site) was a horrible experience.
Check in at the hotel was really fast and easy. Dealing with the off site corporate office was a nightmare.
They sent me 15 emails in three days demanding pre payment before arrival. When i explained to them via 12 attempted phone calls and sent them the screenshot of their payment site that none of my four foreign bank cards were accepted for payment.
At one point i told the corporate office that I was arriving at the hotel in one hour to pay the hotel fee in full. Still the woman i spoke to demanded i pay online or my reservation would be cancelled. I was literally speaking to her while in a taxi on route to the hotel
Surprise to find the hotel staff were quite friendly and check in was very quick and easy.
I suggest the off site corporate office train their staff to listen to and read the customers response to problems paying with foreign bank cards.
So....i would recommend for anyone to stay here it's a nice comfortable hotel with great staff.

Very beautiful view of the sea. Very close to the beach. Good food. Friendly people.
Warm water takes a bit of time, but it was a good value for money.

Rooms very bright and well-maintained. Fantastic views out over the beach and Arabian Sea. Good value for money. Staff friendly.
Check-in process was ridiculous- as evidenced by many other reviews on this property. “We don’t have a reservation for you…your reservation has been cancelled by Booking.com… you haven’t paid in advance…. Please cancel and book direct with us..” Whatever the purpose, I finally paid cash and got my key without further nonsense. BIG PROBLEM- to access my room from street level I had to climb 75 stairs, up a narrow metal gantry staircase. The lower level rooms take minimum 61 steps. This property is definitely not suitable for persons with any mobility restriction or issue, and this info should be made available to potential guests before booking.
