I had an amazing and truly worthwhile 2-day stay at City Seasons Towers! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Thank you, everyone, for making my stay so comfortable and relaxing.
A special thank you to Kathy, Joyce, and Neha, who were always so helpful whenever I needed assistance or had questions at the front desk. Your kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
I’d also like to thank the housekeeping team, especially Mizan and Hamid, for keeping my room sparkling clean and making sure all my needs were taken care of. Also thanks for the 2 guys from the pool who is very helpful.
overall, my stay was wonderful and comfortable. I truly appreciate the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, and I would definitely come back again.

one small concern. On my last night, I asked (called)one of the staff members for some additional drinking water, but unfortunately, my request was refused because there was a limit. I honestly felt a little disappointed, as I don’t think asking for some extra water is too much, especially considering the weather and the fact that I was staying at the hotel for 2 days. I hope in the future, guests could be given a little more consideration regarding something as basic as drinking water, without being charged extra for it.

Location of the property is good and option for food from outside allowed was good flexibility
Cleanliness of theb property, carpets were smelling bit weird, rooms were very small and by just adjusting the beds they charged extra which was not shown in the booking.com website. It was congested for family of 3 people and cost seems high for such property
