This is more for the sister company; Sky Villa. As The Bungalow had been damaged by recent storms, they handled our booking really well well by moving us to the sister hotel. This showed great customer service from The Bungalow. Therefore, our reviews are based on the sister hotel. The staff there were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were a good size and the views were amazing.
Sky Villa: The bathroom was a little bit dusty and needed more of a clean. And at points, it felt a bit 'out of the way' from the main town. But most of the stay met expectations.

The views from the restaurant and rooftop bar are lovely, the staff are friendly and offer good service. The bedroom was small but nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was better than dinner.
When they found out we were not happy we were offered a move to an alternate hotel which was very kind of them.
I felt like my room was a fish bowl, full glass wall along the corridor so although it was called 'The Lookout' ( it did not have a view !) it was more like the 'Look In' ! Everywhere also felt damp, but the weather was not kind while we stayed here.
I think we chose the wrong place to stay - I was not relaxed. we expected a nice restaurant but the food was ' bar food' The sunbed area is fully fenced in and the pool is a joke.
We gave it two days and it didn't improve so left early and lost 2 nights of an expensive stay. It is not worth what they charge.
