Comfortable apartment in amazing, quiet location, on the tip of the forum. Cool in the heat, easy to access, lift a godsend, highly recommend.

A few short blocks to coliseum and metro to take you anywhere you want to go. Host helped with everything including early check in when our flight arrived very early in the morning. House has all amenities needed for a fantastic stay.

We were able to walk to many interesting places from here. The house is clean and well equipped.

My boyfriend and I had a college friends wedding in Rome and we stayed in Valentino’s apartment for our 5 day/4 night trip. Valentino was excellent with communication and extremely helpful; meeting us where we got dropped off, helping us with bags, walking us up to our room, and giving us a lay of the land including a hand drawn map. Only a 10,15,or 20 minute walk from everything you want to see in Rome and everywhere you want to eat (28ish min walk from Trastevere). Valentino (and his wife) assisted us when we were at a loss getting transportation and made sure we caught our train. We definitely recommend staying here and the Monti neighborhood is worth exploring as well!

Excellent property. We walked to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Diocletian's Baths easily and the Colosseum, Trajan's Market and Nero's Golden Palace are about 5 mins walk away. We stayed during some v hot weather and the air con in both the bedroom and the main room were brilliant. Bathroom plenty big enough and for a family of 4 it was an ideal base. Loads of places to eat if you fancy or if like us you want to save money several supermarkets close by. Communication with owner excellent from the start and he helped make the trip stress free. The key handover was easy and the lady who met us was v friendly with some great advice for the location..... for teenagers wifi good too.

The apartment couldn't have a better placement in the city, we were travelling with kids and needed walking distance to the things we wanted to see. It was a cozy street and Valentino was very nice and helped every step! We would go there again.

The location was perfect as it is close to the center of the city so you can walk everywhere. Valentino and his wife were excellent (his wife met us upon check-in and Valentino was always responsive to inquiries before arrival and upon arrival.

We were able to walk to all the sites including the Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. So many restaurants and gelato nearby. The apartment was as described and everything worked well. The suggestions for restaurants and dishes made by Valentino were excellent. If we return to Rome we will try to stay here again. Thank you Valentino.

We had a wonderful stay in Valentino's apartment. It is right next to Trajan's forum, around the corner from the Colosseum and the Piazza Venezia. Although it is so close to busy tourist attractions, the house itself is in a quiet street which ends in steps at one side (no through traffic). The apartment is air-conditioned, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom nicely appointed. Valentino provided basic supplies for kitchen and bathroom. There is also a little office space with desk and chair in which the internet router is located. The WiFi worked well throughout the apartment. There are many places to eat in the neighborhood as well as smaller supermarkets. Valentino was a great host. He welcomed us when we arrived, provided us with local information, and stayed in contact throughout our stay. We recommend the apartment highly! Thank you, Valentino.

Everything was perfect in the accommodations. The location was excellent. The host was extremely clear about everything in the apartment. I would stay there again.

Rome was the last stop of our Italy trip and it unfortunately started with a medical emergency. Valentino was so helpful as we tried to navigate getting an ambulance, crutches, and other help. He and his wife checked in several times during our stay to see how my mom was doing after getting discharged from the ER. (Side note - if you have/are someone with limited mobility, we did a golf cart tour and it was fantastic!) Property is in an amazing location - steps from the Roman Forum, a short walk to the Colosseum, beautiful churches around every corner. The apartment has an updated bathroom and is very nice and spacious. I would give Valentino & Roseanna 10 stars!

This property is ideally located, clean and comfortable. Valentino is a terrific host - checked us in and gave us the lay of the local land. The airline lost my luggage and Valentino offered to help out when they delivered it. It didn't work out that way - but his offer was deeply appreciated. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Our host Valentino and his family were so gracious and helpful during our stay. Our apartment was just around the corner form the colosseum and Forum. Walking distance to everything. Would stay there again without hesitation.

My daughter and I enjoyed 5 nights at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is quiet and secure and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is in a very convenient location with almost all major sites a walkable distance. A small neighborhood market is around the corner if you need groceries and cafes and restaurants are very nearby. The Monti neighborhood is charming and well worth exploring. Valentino is an excellent host. His suggestions for restaurants and activities are excellent and he responds to questions quickly. We are so glad we found this apartment!

This was a short stay (4 days) before an extended stay near the Vatican. The location was perfect because I wanted to stay in “old” Rome. The streets are quintessential Italy. Well, at the direction of the apartment owner, Valentino, there was a small gate down the street to the Mercato di Traiano ruins and more! As you come through the walkway you can see Palatine Hill and once on the Via dei Fori Imperiali you can see the Coliseum. Fantastico! The apartment was just right for me and would accommodate a couple with a teen or young child because there is a pullout couch bed. The shower is larger than most in the city which would accommodate a tall person. There is a functional small kitchen but I only needed the sink and hot water for such a short stay and many many eateries a short walk away. The apartment is on the second floor where you can climb steps or take the small elevator. Everything is quiet at night making it easy to sleep. Valentino and Rosanna are sweet hosts and I would stay here again. Grazie, and I hope to come back soon!

This apartment had everything we needed, easy walk to everywhere in Rome. Fully stocked to cook if we wanted, renovated and clean kitchen and bath. Perfect!

This flat is just lovely! It is right in the middle of the historic centre, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, 15 minutes from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 30 minutes walk from the Vatican. It is up a small cobbled hill with steps and a water fountain on the other end where we filled our water bottles every day. The little street is very quiet, even though you're so central. You also don't really hear the neighbours unless they are outside in their yard which faces onto the flat. Their dogs did wake us up early once or twice but not every day. Our party was 3 people, myself and my parents, one of whom has walking difficulties. We hired a mobility scooter which handled the cobbled street/hill with no problem. The flat is quite spacious and was comfortable for 3 but could accommodate 4. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was fairly comfortable. The flat is in a lovely little courtyard block of flats but it feels very secure. There are 2 downstairs keyed doors and the flat door itself is very sturdy. It is equipped with everything you'd need, toiletries, pantry food and crockery and cutlery. The washing machine was much appreciated. We did not need to use the heat or AC. For the most part, everything worked well. I had difficulty with the phone one day which could have been my fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Valentino was wonderful! He met us exactly as he said he would. We loved the apartment! The location was perfect - less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseo and the Piazza Venezia. When we return to Rome, we definitely hope to stay here again!

Valentino was extremely communicative throughout the process. Apartment was in a fantastic, central location. Within 2 minute walk of Forum. Transport was easy to get to and use. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Apartment was quiet and air con was greatly appreciated. Thank you Valentino!
