Plaza hotel is located in a quiet corner still close to the city center. Enough shops around, and transportation is convenient if you know how to use public transport in Almaty. Friendly and efficient staff, all transactions went smoothly. Good enough breakfast with a touch of local food. I appreciated that the sanitation facilities included a bidet.
A bit pricey, at least for my budget, but I guess this is what it costs in Almaty, so absolutely no hard feelings here.

It was starge that every day I had to ask for water and fresh towels , especilly it was not proper that GYM had no clean towers for trainers --
