The employee and it’s safe and top of that they really try to help you out. Location is not bad worth to stay there but the hotel it self is very good and value for money.

Great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and was incredibly helpful. They also did our laundry for a very reasonable price. Good location, within walking distance of the city centre and with bus stops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

- Friendly staff who is ready to help and make your stay comfortable
- Prompt arrangement: when I asked something, it's always solved quickly
- Fridge and microwave in each room
- Toilet paper: I needed to ask the staff to give another roll several times as they only provide one at a time (I stayed there for 3 nights and it's obviously not enough to be given one roll)
- Shower: bit lower pressure
- No small light: it's better to have small light near a bed
