The space, the location, the comfort of the beds, and the well appointed kitchen. There were lovely views of the Duomo.
Having to take the garbage down the 8 flights of stairs and then three blocks to the dumpster bins. With small containers, depending on how many meals you eat in, you may need to make quite a few trips.

Great view of the Duomo of course. The apt was roomy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was great to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Florence. As a group of 5 we followed the instructions for the smaller elevator and we split in to two groups and never had any issues.
Nothing.

Location was perfect with views of the Duomo. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were timey and efficient with responses.

Prachtig appartement met goede bedden. Ook fijn dat er drie badkamers zijn!
