The property was ok

Location and the type of the property

The property didn’t have WiFi (we paid for a property with WiFi)and they didn’t fix the problem. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned. The doors ,the fans, the kitchen worktop, the fridge were dirry. The wardrobes were full of unwanted items.

3 / 10

Barely ok

The location of this property is 10/10! It is a huge space but is in need of much TLC and cleaning

The apartment was very cold, especially in the kitchen despite all the radiators being on. There were no controls to make it warmer. It was also very dusty and not super clean. The TV remote had no batteries and could not be turned on. Two of the toilets did not flush properly

9 / 10

Great apartment to rest in, plenty of space. Bring earplugs to help sleep through evening street noise and neighbors!

The location was perfect, close to many main attractions but also far enough away from the Duomo that it wasn’t so crowded.

The windows were not thick enough to drown out street noise and the upstairs neighbors.

8 / 10

Very good

Wonderful place. It was much hotter than anyone could have predicted. Having more fans or A/C would have helped it to be more comfortable, but they did what they did for this extreme heat wave!

No había desayuno

Faltaban o eran escasos elementos esenciales como artículos de limpieza en la cocina, papel higiénico y algún mobiliario auxiliar mas. No me gusto que me cobraran por la limpieza, algo que siempre se supone que va incluido

The size of the rooms and it was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Excellent location for sightseeing and opposite an amazing restaurant.

The only thing that was missing was a kettle for our morning cup of tea!
