Modern apartment, safe, lots of parking. Within walking distance to town. Amble space in living room and great views.
As others have mentioned, it was very noisy in the front rooms with the traffic. I have stayed in apartments before facing much busier roads and it wasn’t near as noisy as this. Made it hard to sleep. Ear plugs were left on lockers (which I appreciated). There was no opening window in second bedroom and the other bedroom was a door to balcony, which we couldn’t leave open with a toddler. Resulted in the apartment feeling very warm! Also would have appreciated spare towels, including more than one tea towel.

Spacious, bright, very clean apartment with a nice view; within walking distance of Eyre Square. Parking provided.
A small amount of noise from the central lobby when people in adjacent apartment came in late.

The property was spacious and the views from the living room and main bedroom were to die for.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bathtub. The in unit washer and dryer was convenient. Two fans provided. Ear plugs in every room.
There was no AC which was expected but one bedroom's window did not open so there was very little airflow and after using the in unit washer and dryer, the unit was very muggy and it was difficult to cool it down to a comfortable temperature.
The smell in the front bathroom had a lingering stale cigarette smell that was off putting. Also, a spider had taken up residence behind the toilet. That room belonged to the spider.
