I received the code for the lock box right at the 3pm check in time. The keys were there and got inside right away with no hassle.

Location was amazing! Right amongst the pub scene but down an alley and quiet enough to sleep - loved it!
The bathroom is tiny! Stairs up to bedrooms on second floor quite steep - would recommend leaving luggage down stairs if you have big suitcases!

The patio is very spacious. One of the nights, we got a bottle of wine to share as a group out there, and the other we ate pizza from Munch Haven there. We had enough room for the 6 of us, and you absolutely cannot beat the location. I thought the location would be louder, but we were all able to sleep just fine. Lastly, I accidentally left my new hat I just bought in Scotland, and they are shipping it to the US for me. Everyone who works for this property is lovely, thank you so much.

Very good spot and close to everything. But the shower didn't work and nobody came to fix it
The shower didn't work, I expected a cool shower after a long trip. And we weren't allowed to smoke on the patio
