Modern, airy house with private swimming pool. As the house is sufficiently ventilated and to avoid increasing global warming, there is no air conditioning, but fans are available. Well-decorated and comfortable. Upgraded equipment: Nespresso coffee machine and Smart TV. Bright and airy, it overlooks the countryside - and in the distance, the Mediterranean and its craggy cliffs. "Friendly dogs accepted by arrangement. Central location for sporting and cultural activities. Numerous beaches. Golf courses nearby. Countryside and seaside ideal for walking and cycling.
Cleanliness assured. 150 euros payable on arrival for cleaning and tidying the house. After years of drought, the lawn has been resurfaced. However, due to a lack of water, the lawn may once again be bare, as we are subject to water consumption restrictions imposed by Begur town council. Violations can result in heavy fines.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen mit unseren beiden kleinen Kinder im Haus von Mdme Duchaine verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Das Herzstück bildet der tolle Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um mehrere Strände in der Umgebung in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt anzuraten.
Sehr angenehme und problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Vielen Dank!

La villa est très bien équipée et le jardin extrêmement agréable (superbe vue sur la mer et les montagnes). Environnement calme, commerces proches et un large choix de plages aux alentours! Nous remercions la propriétaire ainsi que Valérie de leur disponibilité et réactivité. Nous avons apprécié séjourné dans votre villa et renouvèlerons l’expérience avec grand plaisir.

La maison est très agréable à vivre . Le jardin est magnifique avec toutes ses essences de plantes et d’arbres. C’est un cadre très reposant avec la vue sur la mer et l’horizon. Begur est un village mignon et animé à 10 mn de la maison. Les plages alentours sont aussi à 10/15 min minimum. La propriétaire est très disponible et soucieuse du bien être de ses invités et l’accueil très sympathique également.
