Chickens , wake up xalk, family run farm all so friendly helpful,dark skies at night,very full of stars, daytime skies had ref kites, dog friendly, perfect for chilling, thank you for our stay
Perhaps do away with oven and replace with air fryer, more cost effective kwh, fridge was on a slope, level it off, less kwh per hour, otherwise Keep right on as we say In blue brum.

Cosy, clean, comfortable and with a lovely responsive host. It was very much appreciated that - as we were staying for Christmas - we arrived to find a Christmas tree and decorated cottage, it really made the difference.

Location was quiet - although not as quiet as we were hoping due to sheep and Cockrell!!!!
The set up when completed will be charming and quaint and great for children to run around.
we could bring our dog with us which was great.
Facilities in the kitchen were plentiful and generous. We needed for nothing.
Spotlessly clean. We did have a lovely time and the property has incredible potential when finished.
The noise from the sheep and Cockrell. 4.00am wake up calls!!! May be we were naive - but we thought a weekend in the country would be quiet and peaceful!!! We were notified on the website to clear up after your dog - which we always do anyway - but we were very shocked to see that other guests in other dwellings had not done the same. Dog poo everywhere which was a shame.
The walks available within the 20 acres were not clearly marked out.
I have to be honest and say I did not pay close enough attention and missed the fact they there was no shower - other than a rubber tube which I had not seen since my grandmothers bathroom!!!!
