Felt relaxing and homely. Jon and Mandy met us upon arriving and after briefing us where everything was we were left to our own devices. They both expressed that if we needed anything at all just to ask. They were very un-intrusive and the atmosphere was very friendly. The hot tub was a bonus and a very welcome way to chill after returning from our days excursions around Norfolk.
It isn't a dislike more of a suggestion but it would be an idea to have a small sheltered place to hang towels and wet or damp clothing to air or dry. We had our share of rain during our visit and me being a walker found that I needed somewhere to air my boots and garments. There was a rotary washing airer in the garden but not under cover so anything damp was kept in the annex where we were staying, not really ideal as it was such a lovely well kept place.

The annex was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed to cook for ourselves there and was in such a great area as it was easy both to get to Norwich centre and to the coast.

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything and more provided. A welcome tray on arrival. Perfect base for travelling around. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful, but not intrusive.
