Loved the location - close enough to the port without being on top of it, 2 minutes to the metro and just a 5 minute walk to the old harbour. Decent value for money. Breakfast at €10 each was excellent value and the ladies who worked in the breakfast room are very nice.
Stayed at the beginning of our holiday in room 401 which was awful - all our clothing smelled of state cigarette smoke. However on our return we were allocated room 804 which was excellent - no cigarette smells and bigger than 401. I messaged the hotel re 401 but received no reply.

Location is best to go anywhere from there, clean rooms and somewaht spacious. Close to the centre, to the metro and all kind of food and amenities. Breakfast was rich, nice and satisfying
Butter was icy cold and could not be spread.

The location just 3 mins from the port of Piraeus, the staff was very friendly. For a night before shipping to the Aegean's island's okay but not for more than that. I keep the friendly staff and the great location.
Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable so we woke up many times during the night. The rooms were also not soundproof so we could here our loud neighbors till after midnight. The breakfast was under average and the coffee really bad.
