The room was lovely, view from the balcony is amazing, food and breakfast are really nice and pool area is really relaxing. Yannis and his staff are so friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend the hotel more.

In the first room there was clear issues with damp on sale of the walls. But the manager said it would be fixed in the winter..

I stayed here for 3 nights last year and really enjoyed my stay, so I came back again this year for 4 nights around the same time.
Once again, I was very happy with everything. The staff are always warm, friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done every day, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained.
I especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice variety every day – one day more cheese, another day pastries, another day a fresh omelette, and another day Greek yogurt with fresh fruit. There was always something I liked, and the breakfast team was constantly clearing the tables and refilling anything that was running out.
It was another very pleasant stay, and I will definitely come back again.
Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the meat I had for dinner for one night, in the restaurant. It was quite tough and difficult to chew. Everything else was good.

we always enjoy breakfast, which had a good variety of options. I also liked the size of the hotel and its beautiful, spacious grounds. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and relaxing. The parking is also very convenient and easy to use.
This was my third stay at Ino Hotel & Suites, and unfortunately this time my experience was quite different from my previous stays.
The main issue was with the room allocation. I had booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room with Pool View, but for the first two nights I was given lower-category rooms that did not match my reservation. The first room was a ground-floor/garden room and had cleanliness and insect issues, while the second room was smaller and did not have the balcony or pool view that I had booked.
After repeatedly speaking with the hotel management, we were finally given the correct Deluxe Double Room with Pool View on our third night. I appreciated that the correct room was eventually provided, but by then two of our four nights had already been affected. It was particularly disappointing because August 21 was my son's birthday.
I would like to mention that this situation was caused by the new hotel manager, and I hope the hotel can improve its communication and room-allocation process in the future. As a returning guest, I know the quality and potential of this hotel, which is why I am giving it 8/10 despite this experience.
The hotel itself has many positive aspects, and I hope my next stay will be closer to the experience I had during my previous visits.
