Location us wonderful especially in summer
Only coffee machine was down for cleaning around 10am in the morning.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view on the trees. The hotel was quiet, the staff very professional and welcoming. The swimming pool, hammam and sauna were really clean and it was great to be able to enjoy these facilites without too many guests as you need to book your spot in advance (limited to 30 guests at the same time and no kids after 6pm). Overall we greatly appreciated our stay, with the possibility to walk around in the forest and visit the Chateau de la Hulpe nearby. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of food and drinks, but it would have been nice to be able to access it later than 11am.
The quality of the food of the "à la carte menu" of the hotel's restaurant is really disappointing compared to the standard of the hotel. Also, it would have been nice to be able to access the breakfast buffet later than 11am, to be to enjoy more fully a morning session at the pool and sauna.

The location, the building itself is stunning in the middle of the forest.
The hotel is comfortable, however some elements were a bit outdated. The mattresses in our room were not very comfortable and the pool area needs updating even though the place is lovely.

I booked this for my parents 35th anniversary, and the staff refused to give them complimentary drink or even offer anything,
