Staff were helpful and friendly
First room air conditioner didn’t work. Room wasn’t clean. 2nd room - cleaner left a rag in the bathroom over a guests towel- asked for it to be replaced. Room was newer, still room wasn’t exactly what you would call clean, beds very, very uncomfortable and same with the pillows. It was very dated and old - don’t know how it’s a 4 star. First 4 star that you have to pay to use the pool and sauna . Understand for massages etc but not for facilities - this is why we chose this hotel.
