La posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Grosseto e per raggiungere diverse spiagge nei dintorni. Vicino al centro commerciale che è molto fornito. Non abbiamo trovato difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Bagno e doccia grandi e comodi

Il gazebo e le sdraio davanti alla piscina sono arrugginite e non abbiamo trovato grande pulizia in questa zona. I proprietari sono stati disposti a fornici carta igienica e salviette pulite aggiuntive su nostra richiesta ma, forse erroneamente, avendo soggiornato 9 gg ci aspettavamo una pulizia settimanale della ns camera. inoltre non era specificato che la camera a noi destinata fosse un sotto tetto e quindi decisamente scomodo oltre che molto afoso se non si attivava il condizionatore per diverse ore. Personalmente abbiamo trovato i cuscini davvero troppo bassi.

I liked that it was a calm neighborhood without many people, mostly older or other calm tourists. I liked the great responsiveness of the owner who brought us needed crib for the baby and allowed us to leave a bit later.

I didn't like the lack of closed closets for the clothes, little bit of dirt on the toilet, that the pool wasn't the cleanest and couldn't be used during the whole day because of respect for the rest and relaxation of other guests, that there wasn't any ceramic cup for tea instead of those small plastic cups for the coffee, that the remote for lifting the awning didn't move it more than an inch, so the air from the balcony and three outside units of air conditioning was largely blocked by the awning during the whole day and night. There was no furniture on the balcony. Luckily it was summer, otherwise we would have waited long time for hot water to come for shower, but that was expected, since we were on the first floor.​ Every piece of furniture but one was short, so we had to watch our one-year-old so he doesn't throw or break something valuable. Small pieces of toast and cups of jam were there, but no butter knife to spread it, although one could use wooden stick for coffee if really needed.

La posizione ottima per il centro città, vicina ma in una zona tranquilla con poco traffico. La casa è molto bella, il giardino e la piscina curatissimi. Aria condizionata funzionante.

La camera nel piano interrato era abbastanza sporca. Non c'era uno stendibiancheria per gli indumenti usati in piscina. Non c'era carta igienica di scorta e nemmeno un sacco della spazzatura in più o una scopa per pulire. Sarebbe stato utile avere un cuscino e un lenzuolo di scorta avendo un bimbo con noi. Fortunatamente non ci sono stati "incidenti ". Il piatto doccia rotto faceva allagare il bagno ad ogni utilizzo.
