10 minutes walking distance to the train station from which the train takes you directly to the city center. Clean, air-conditioned rooms. Available parking under the hotel for 10 eur per day. 24-hours front desk.
Some parking spaces are extremely small, you need a lot of patience to park there. Check-in procedure took very long and for one room they by mistake wanted to charge 199 eur city tax instead of 1.99 eur, but it was for sure unintentional.

Parking in the garage, nice entrance (atrium) to the hotel, fairly easy check-in and check-out from the hotel, apartment design, washing machine.
A relatively good hotel in an equally relatively not-so-good part of Sabadell. And now we come to my biggest minus of this stay, which is cleanliness. I'll be specific, the water in the washbasin in the bathroom, did not drain at all, that is simply unacceptable. I had to buy drain unblocker to get the water to start flowing.

staff very nice, bathtub and nice water pressure ... super nice woman that clean ... leaved everything perfect behind ... the receptionist are very nice too , helpful with everything ..info taxi booking checking .
the people in the other room where savages,.. some group of old man screaming and fighting and getting drunk and i could not sleep at all for 2 nights. The staff called them , but for nothing ..you can not reason with monkeys. You need to make a fee for unruly customers...if they make noise and disturb others you charge them duble ..triple ..etc Only the pain of paying more civilises the savages.
