Excellent staff, especially in the restaurant. Staff came to sort out the TV out of hours. Great food, both in the restaurant and the breakfast. Swift process to check in and out. Great location in the centre of town in reach of all attractions. Lovely room, bathroom in particular was stunning. Beautiful historical building with all modern conveniences.

The location of this hotel on the square in the centre of a medieval walled town is awesome. I was concerned that the square would bring noise into our room at night, but it was all quiet by about 11pm. The hotel’s restaurant served good food and beer and you can sit outside in the square. Breakfast was not included but was fair value at €10 each and served right next door to our room! Beds were very comfortable and the room had a very modern shower room.
The hotel parking is in a dusty building site behind the hotel. It is not very clearly signposted and did not feel especially secure, especially as I spent 20 minutes sorting a problem with our motorcycle in the dark with a torch, completely unchallenged, but our bike was still there in the morning.
