My stay was fabulous. Ruben was exceptional. His team were also very accommodating and assisted me with all my requests. The room was clean and tidy.

24 hours reception, good facilities, close to public transportation, and reception staff are really helpful

Room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ruben, easy 600m walk to train station. Good bathroom.
Room had no cooling (a/c broken) so was uncomfortably hot the entire time- staff were very quick to provide fan though.

The beds was so confortable
There in the hotel once you pass the check in , and you follow the way to the room all the carpets and environments had a strong smell of unwashed for ages, then when i get in the first room (because they change it ) there was unsupportable smell , and i went to the reception then they change my room, to another one , which was still the same , but little bit acceptable then the first one , but the thing is there in all hotel once the hall way was dirty and terrible smell!
Also in the first room the towels was not clean , they didnt change!
