The bedrooms were exceptional. Light, good lighting, great beds, a fridge, coffee making machine, lovely clean fresh bathroom, lots hot water, powerful shower. Breakfast (large) delivered each morning to your door and it included fresh milk. All very new and white and clean and fresh smelling. Proper white cotton sheets. The same company owns various lovely food shops in the same square, and a cafe. Their restaurant on the opposite side of the square gave us our best 2 dinners in the week we were in italy. Delicious food, very generous helpings and charming staff.
The loud music late at night from a nearby cafe. We decided to close our window. The room then became hot and the air conditioning could not be put down to low ( something to do with the hot water we were told the next day). Perhaps the problem with the air con could be fixed? I imagine in the summer it would be unbearably hot. Without these 2 issues I would have scored it a 10.

Location is ideal. Large, modern room in historic building, helpful staff.
Memory foam pillows are not ideal for all guests.

Loved the architecture and its central location.
Central location meant it was also noisy at night.

The location was the best. Decorated very chic and clean. Bed was very comfortable! Easy check in. Friendly staff!
It was unique to have breakfast delivered to the room. And the contents were very fresh from their bakery, but I think I would prefer having breakfast with more variety in a breakfast room!
