We had a very enjoyable six-night stay. The hotel is beautifully located in the peaceful Styrian countryside and has a relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the excellent spa and thermal facilities, the outdoor pools, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the overall cleanliness of the property. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with vineyards, orchards, forests and lovely places to explore. The hotel is also a very convenient base for discovering this part of Styria. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The main drawback for us was the sauna arrangement. The sauna area is textile-free, which we understand is customary in Austria, but it would be very helpful to have at least one sauna available for guests who are more comfortable wearing swimwear. This would make the wellness facilities more accessible to international guests with different cultural preferences. Apart from this, our overall experience was very positive.

We stayed in an apartment which was very spacious, well equipped and full of light. Location was far from reception and restaurant, which meant quieter corner but loads of walking to any facilities the hotel had to offer.
The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever seen and the dinner was pretty good too.
Spa facilities were small but clean, plenty of daybeds both indoors and outside
The bed was massive but not very comfortable and the sofa was very hard too.
Towels in the room were very small and thin.

We had a really great time here. The hotel itself is super modern, beautiful, and really comfortable, and it's set in a gorgeous location.
The wellness area with the thermal water was definitely a highlight—so relaxing and well-kept.
What made the trip even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and the waiters in the restaurant were top-notch. As for the food, the kitchen absolutely nailed it. Both breakfast and dinner were flawless and delicious.
Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!
The only small downside was the fridge in our room. It was great that it was empty so we could stock it with a few beers and ready-made cocktails for chilling on the balcony in the evening, but unfortunately, it barely cooled at all, so it didn't really do the job.
